John Mayer received a gift from “Tinacti”,  a paparazzi. Maybe is was too boring following john around, he only goes shopping and stuff, so tinacti gave him some gifts to have a story the next day, he got it! The presents consisted of Jock Itch Powder and Lotrimin Ultra. I don’t thing john even needs that, he looks like the guy who works out once every two months.
